i just randomly made this character, but i dont want it, can someone adopt it

i may not know how adoption works, but still, and i'm going to wait :)

(yes you can adopt them for free, when someone adopts it, you can't adopt them anymore like it's already taken/adopted)

(someone who first adopts them, gets them, and then it's closed, simple as that lol)
