Is Happy Tree Friends like Smeshariki?
happy tree friends is like smeshariki's psycho father who has really dark humor and laughs at innocent's sufferings :v
sure their art style do look pretty similar, honestly, i don't blame you lol
but they're pretty different from each other, happy tree friends is usually about fictional animal characters suffering and dying in creative ways (and GOREEEE-)
while smeshariki is about nine characters who is just minding their own business and sometimes mess around (and sometimes questions their life and all that other psychology, yea this show can be pretty deep sometimes lol)
so basically, happy tree friend has alot of blood and gore (not kid friendly), which smeshariki don't have since smeshariki is kids show (although they sure sometimes have dark humor lol),
